As a patient you can access lab results, records, and important information we have on file through the patient portal. You can also send a message to your health provider.
Accessing the patient portal
To reach the portal, please click on or copy this link: https://pinonhillsent.ema.md
You will be redirected to Pinon Hills ENT patient portal page. Select, “Continue as Patient,” and sign in with your username and password. This is the same username and password you set up when you activated your account via email.
If you’ve forgotten your password, click Forgot Password below the sign-in and follow the instructions. If you do not have a username or password, can’t recall your username, don’t have an activated account, or have any other questions, please call (505) 327-4429 or message firstname.lastname@example.org so we can help you.
Finding your test results
At the top of the page, there is a menu bar. Select Tests and Results. If your lab work has been completed, you should see it listed here. If you do not see the results you are looking for, they may not be in the system yet. It may take a week or two before they are filed. If you have waited a long time and still do not see any results, please contact us.
Sending a message to your provider
If you have a question that you need to ask your doctor, it’s simple!
1. Once you have logged into your account, you should see a page similar to this one (mobile view will vary).
4. You should now see an empty message . Type in the “To” box and a list of recipients will appear. Please select the person or group you would like to contact (for example, if you need to reach Dr. Clarke, select “CLARKE MEDICAL ASSISTANTS”).
Your provider or his medical assistants will respond as soon as they can. If you have any trouble sending a message through the patient portal, email email@example.com for help.
